There’s an exciting new addition to the seaside town of Bridlington this summer, The Bridlington Explorer.
What better way to see the sights of Bridlington than on the top deck of The Bridlington Explorer? This double decker bus starts and ends at Bridlington Park & Ride and takes in a number of treasured locations along the hour-long route.
The bus passes many tourist attractions and hot spots including Bridlington Priory, Bridlington Old Town, and Sewerby Hall & Gardens. Furthermore, it even passes Bondville Model Village, Bridlington Harbour, Eastfield Garden Centre and the famous Bridlington Spa.

The bus ticket that you purchase lasts all day and you can hop on and off at your leisure. The Bridlington Explorer departs the Park & Ride every hour (at half past the hour) starting at 09.30am right through until 17.30pm. There is no bus at 13.30pm however from the Park & Ride. Whichever stop you choose to get off at, you can re-catch the bus back one hour later from that exact bus stop.
In route order: Bridlington Park & Ride, Bridlington Spa, Bridlington Bus Station, North Marine Drive, Sewerby Park Gates, Bridlington Old Town, Eastfield Garden Centre, and Bridlington Park & Ride.
Prices are £5 per adult, £3 per child, or £12 family (2 adults and 2 children). The Bridlington Explorer runs from now until 4th September.
Hop On & Hop Off

The Bridlington Explorer is a great way to see the coast from a new perspective, and enjoy driving along the Promenade at your leisure. And, for those who haven’t ventured away from the seafront you’ll be surprised at what Bridlington has to offer off the beaten track.
Bridlington Priory was once of England’s great Augustinian monastic houses. Bondville Model Village has over 200 buildings in miniature. Sewerby Hall & Gardens is located on the cliff top with spectacular views over Bridlington. The Old Town of Bridlington is a world away from the beaches, with loads of galleries, traditional pubs, and cafes.
