The founders and owners, husband and wife team Sean and Sarah McDermott are passionate about their home county of Yorkshire. They truly appreciate the beauty and diversity of the landscape and their aim is to showcase this beautiful county to their clientele whilst accommodating them in the most sumptuous of surroundings.
Maison Parfaite Holiday Homes have all been lovingly furnished in an environmentally conscious manner, with many of the materials used being reclaimed, recycled or reused. The furnishings are handmade in the UK from sustainable sources, and many are beautiful antique pieces that have been restored and reintroduced to the world in all their splendour!
As true animal lovers, they have ensured that most of the furnishings are vegan friendly, duvets, pillows and cushions are extremely high quality microfibre, not down or feather and any leathers are pleather, vintage, reclaimed or reused.
At Maison Parfaite the focus is on fun and togetherness. Many of their properties are perfectly sized for large families or groups of friends. Why have a pokey hotel room when you can lounge, laugh, dance and play in a fabulously opulent social space?
They also have more intimate properties, suiting couples, small families, or corporate guests, yet still providing the full-on glamour of the Maison Parfaite brand, as well as the convenience of a home from home with luxury cooking facilities and living space.
Sarah told us, “We aim to please, and as such we provide a full concierge service for all of our guests from the moment you book, until the time you check out. We are at your beck and call for local information, restaurant reservations, excursion bookings or special requests for your holiday home such as private chefs, extra housekeeping and childcare. Your wish is our command!”
For dining options, every one of their properties has everything you need to be fully self-sufficient. However, with ‘Dining In’ undoubtedly being the new ‘Dining Out’ Maison Parfaite are pleased to present their new in-house dining concept.
Whether it is Afternoon Tea, a three-course silver service dinner, freshly prepared breakfast, a prosecco and canapé reception, or even a cocktail masterclass evening. Whatever tickles your fancy, Maison Parfaite are happy to provide it!
The properties themselves are in fantastic locations, ideal for any business traveller or for a city break, or you can choose a gorgeous countryside or seaside location for a more traditional holiday experience.
Aysgarth Nook is a beautiful, traditional Wensleydale cottage which has been transformed into an uber modernist bolthole, without losing one ounce of its 300-year-old personality! This stunning cottage oozes charm with its many retained original features such as the exposed beams, a log burning stove, magnificent views over the open fells and deep window seats from which to fully enjoy those spectacular views. The hot tub in the private garden overlooking those views is the icing on the cake!
Maison Parfaite, HG1 is a chic and contemporary duplex apartment with a spacious social lounge, four bedrooms – sleeping up to seven guests and is the perfect location, within a few minutes walking distance to Harrogate town centre and Harrogate Railway Station.
Maison Parfaite, LS1 is famed for its stunning architecture and beautiful arcades. Leeds is certainly THE place to visit, especially now that Maison Parfaite has its own stunning aparthotel nestled right in the heart of this vibrant University city. Both bedrooms are dressed with sumptuous Superking beds and adorned with beautiful bespoke designer furniture. With high ceilings and designer lighting these rooms really are an absolute haven of decadence. The apartment has a huge open plan living, dining space with bi-fold doors opening out onto the large, enclosed private garden with hot tub, barbecue and seating area. Villa Neptune has two off-street parking spaces.
Nydsley Hall by Maison Parfaite, Brand New for 2021! Located in the picturesque market town of Pateley Bridge in Nidderdale, Nydsley Hall has five apartments, three of them have their own garden or terrace with hot tub and one covers the whole of the first floor with a huge elevated decked terrace overlooking the river and beautiful countryside.
