Following the success of KOKUM’s first supper club last month, the local favourite Indian restaurant is thrilled to announce its second supper club on the 26th November at 7PM. This time, diners are invited to experience a unique Nepalese-inspired evening, curated and led by Head Chef Sundar.
For one night only, KOKUM will hand over the kitchen to Chef Sundar, who will be serving a special supper club menu inspired by the flavours of his homeland. Born and raised in Kathmandu, Chef Sundar brings over 12 years of culinary experience to the table. This exclusive evening will offer diners an authentic taste of Nepal through Chef Sundar’s childhood favourite dishes.

The evening’s menu has been crafted to reflect both traditional Nepalese dishes as well as the creative flavours which KOKUM is renowned for. Guests will begin with a trio of starters, all designed to share. The starters include Chilli Chicken Momos, a classic Nepalese dumpling elevated with a Himalayan-style sweet and spicy glaze; Lamb Choila, made with tender lamb marinated in a bold mix of Nepalese spices; and Kathmandu Chaat, a vibrant, crunchy mix of phool makhana, roasted chickpeas, moong sprouts, sev, and puffed rice.

The main course continues the culinary journey with a Nepalese-Chinese favourite, Chicken Chopsuey made with crispy noodles topped with tender chicken and bok choi in a Himalayan-spiced chicken broth. This will be served alongside a rich Mutton Curry and steamed rice. To finish, guests will enjoy Everest Kulfi, a dessert inspired by the iconic peaks of Nepal.
The supper club is priced at £45 per person and must be booked in advance through KOKUM’s website.
