Known for their delicious estate-grown produce and locally sourced fayre, prepared to optimise the fresh flavours of the ingredients, the Devonshire Hotels and Restaurants Group may have come to the rescue until they can welcome you back to their hotels and restaurants.
Initially being trialled at one of their properties, The Devonshire Arms, Bolton Abbey, the Group’s Duchess-approved Recipe Boxes allow you to dine with aristocratic taste and style, in the comfort of your own home. With all the ingredients ready to go and easy-to-follow recipes, there is all you need to prepare an impressive three-course menu for two people.
There are three mouth-watering dishes to choose from for each course, created by Head Chef, Ross Forder, including a vegetarian menu. Dishes include house-cured salmon, with gin and botanicals, horseradish & buttermilk, pickled vegetables and vanilla syrup; followed by roasted salt aged sirloin of beef with Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, glazed carrots, braised red cabbage, spiced pumpkin, truffled cauliflower cheese & red wine jus and for dessert, sticky toffee pudding, vanilla custard, salted caramel & pecans.
The recipe boxes are priced at £60 and are available for Friday delivery. The insulated boxes will arrive chilled to be placed in refrigerator at soon as possible and consumed at the latest by Sunday evening.

- For nationwide delivery, orders will incur a delivery charge of £12.
- Last orders for the Duchess’s Choice Recipe Boxes are to be placed by this Sunday 13th Dec at midnight for delivery on Fri 18th Dec
- Orders for our Christmas Day recipe boxes, and New Year’s Eve are to be placed by midnight 16th/18th December for delivery 23rd/30th Dec
